Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and growing a strong team of TAs / Recruiters
• Deep experience using modern ATS systems required. ATS selection and implementation experience a major plus
• Experience in high tech required. Semiconductor a major bonus
• Experience and orientation toward data, metrics, and analysis
