- At least 5 years experience in technical recruiting with experience assessing technical talent in one or more of the following fields: AI, ML, Software Engineering, Hardware Design, CPU Architecture, Systems Engineering.
- Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface
- Ability to “manage up” and partner with hiring managers and talent leaders
- Experience with Lever or Greenhouse, including reporting and CRM functionality
