About the program

Tenstorrent is offering an advanced On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for aspiring engineers & architects. After three months of pre-training in Tokyo, participants gain hands-on experience in semiconductor product development at a U.S. Tenstorrent office for 12 to 18 months. The program aims to develop future engineers and architects, giving them a broad understanding of the semiconductor business and advanced design skills.

Participants will work alongside top engineers and stakeholders at Tenstorrent, and will define specifications, identify development needs, build teams, and lead projects. They’ll also strengthen their English, global communication, and business skills.

The OJT program is carried out within Tenstorrent’s development teams, allowing participants to learn about RISC-V CPU design, AI accelerators, and chiplet implementation technologies. By collaborating on cutting-edge semiconductor development with local engineers at the U.S. headquarters, participants not only acquire design skills but also gain indispensable experience coordinating among multiple internal divisions and external stakeholders.
