Jim Keller is CEO of Tenstorrent and a veteran hardware engineer. Prior to joining Tenstorrent, he served two years as Senior Vice President of Intel's Silicon Engineering Group. He has held roles as Tesla's Vice President of Autopilot and Low Voltage Hardware, Corporate Vice President and Chief Cores Architect at AMD, and Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect at P.A. Semi, which was acquired by Apple Inc. Jim has led multiple successful silicon designs over the decades, from the DEC Alpha processors, to AMD K7/K8/K12, HyperTransport and the AMD Zen family, the Apple A4/A5 processors, and Tesla's self-driving car chip.

Keith Witek is the Chief Operating Officer at Tenstorrent, where he leads operations, legal, HR, finance, fundraising, IT, strategic deals, compliance, licensing, IP, automotive, and robotics.

Prior to Tenstorrent, Keith led Strategic Alliances for Google’s consumer hardware group, covering Pixel, Fitbit, Nest, AR/VR, and wearables. He previously served as SVP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at SiFive, and held senior roles at Tesla—supporting autopilot development—and at AMD, where he was Corporate VP of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Keith’s earlier experience spans roles in law, engineering, and product R&D at Motorola, Wilson Sonsini, and Metrowerks. He holds over 30 U.S. patents, has published and taught extensively on IP and technology licensing, and currently serves on the board of Hyundai Mobis.

He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a JD from the University of Texas at Austin.

Christine Blizzard is the Chief Marketing Officer of Tenstorrent. Prior to joining Tenstorrent she founded y3k, a brand marketing studio with a focus on the intersection of cutting edge technology and culture. y3k clients include established players like Intel, Twitch and Patreon as well as innovative startups like Atomic Semi, Comma AI, Numerai, Urbit and many others.

Before forming y3k she had the opportunity to work as a Senior Creative Producer for Google's Events and Experiences team where she served as the creative director for Google IO 2018 and executive producer for the 2019 launch of Google Stadia at GDC, Google Hardware Launch 2018 and Google Pixel's 2018 and 2019 Coachella activations as well as YouTube's presence at SXSW 2019.

Prior to her work at Google she held executive roles at Factory, an innovation platform in Silicon Valley used by some of the world's leading organizations and entrepreneurs. Under that umbrella she founded Factory Living, a private hotel and events space in San Francisco's Alamo Square Park that boasted elite clients from Apple, Google, Nike, Twitter and Uber for private events ranging from intimate off-sites and dinner parties to large scale productions.

Christine holds a BA in History with a minor in Art History and Fine Arts from The George Washington University.

Milos Trajkovic is a Co-Founder of Tenstorrent, and a Senior Fellow leading the systems engineering and low-level/foundational software teams. The systems engineering team at Tenstorrent is focused on designing, building, and deploying advanced systems at large scale. The foundation software team is responsible for software layers sitting at the bottom of Tenstorrent’s AI stack, abstracting hardware details and delivering APIs and tools that enable kernel developers to deliver various operations at the highest performance. Milos has been involved in all aspects of Tensix processor design: architecture, RTL, verification, and post-silicon validation for Tenstorrent’s chips.

Before joining Tenstorrent, Milos was the Manager of the Firmware Design Engineering team at AMD, which handled development, implementation, and prototyping of power management features for graphics, CPU, and data fabric. Some of the key algorithms were various methods of dynamic frequency and voltage scaling, power gating, clock gating, temperature and power monitoring, etc. His team explored different architectural and design methods for lowering power of graphics CUs and improving perf/watt. Milos also acted as the IP lead for various RTL blocks within the System Management Unit.

Stan Sokorac leads the development of Tenstorrent’s high-performance AI processing unit, Tensix, which is the core IP component in Tenstorrent’s AI accelerators. He is also the lead for Tenstorrent’s open-source AI compiler, Buda. Prior to Tenstorrent, Stan was a leader of design verification efforts at Arm, focusing on Arm’s high-end Cortex-A class CPUs. At Arm, Stan pioneered the use of AI in verification, publishing two award-winning papers on DV methodology. Before Arm, Stan was a Senior Manager at AMD, where he led a global IP design and verification team, architecting and contributing several key IPs for AMD’s consumer and server CPU SoCs. Stan holds a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Jasmina Vasiljevic, a Senior Fellow at Tenstorrent, is at the forefront of the company’s mission to address the open-source compute demands for software 2.0. She leads the Pathfinding team, a group dedicated to exploring and developing new programming models and prototyping compilation methods. Her expertise in AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) is instrumental in enhancing Tenstorrent’s RISC-V and AI architecture, making it more accessible and user-friendly for AI customers, researchers, and hobbyists.

Before joining Tenstorrent, Jasmina held similar roles at Intel and Neural Fabrics, where she honed her skills in AI and HPC. Her experience in these companies has given her a deep understanding of the industry and the technical know-how to drive innovation at Tenstorrent.

In addition to her other responsibilities, Jasmina is also in charge of the Tenstorrent Metal software stack. This low-level programming framework is explicitly designed for Tenstorrent’s hardware. It is part of the company’s unique approach of tightly intertwining hardware and software, which sets it apart from other AI startups. Tenstorrent Metal is part of a larger software package that is adaptable, flexible, and supports all toolchains, frameworks, and runtime.

Jasmina holds a doctorate from the University of Toronto.

Dan Bailey leads Tenstorrent’s Physical Engineering team. Dan is well known in his field for physical design leadership and specifically for his designs of high-performance flip flops and new methodologies for global clock distribution networks that have been adopted across the industry. He has nearly 40 publications and more than 20 patents.

Bob Grim is the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Tenstorrent, and currently co-leads fundraising activities as well as manages key sales accounts. Prior to this role, Bob was a founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Rivet Networks. There, he was responsible for all of Rivet Networks’ sales, marketing and business development and sold the company to Intel when it was acquired in 2020. While at Intel, Bob was the General Manager of both the Killer Networking and Intel Connectivity Analytics SaaS businesses.

Bob is a proven veteran in the technology industry, with over 25 years of experience driving consistent growth in both top-line revenue and profitability. Bob is an angel investor and enjoys an active lifestyle playing competitive tennis. He received his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from TCU and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wei-Han Lien is a Chief Architect and Senior Fellow in Machine Learning hardware architecture. He is currently leading an architecture team in defining a high-performance RISC-V CPU, fabric, system caching, and high-performance memory subsystem for the Tenstorrent heterogeneous high-performance computation platform for AI and HPC computing. He is also leading the definition of Tenstorrent’s chiplet architecture for constructing scalable, configurable, and composable SiP with cohesive power management, security, and system management architectural definitions for compatibility.

Before joining Tenstorrent, Wei-Han joined Apple through the PA Semi acquisition. He led Apple design team on the microarchitectural definitions of two of the most transformative Apple iPhone/iPad application processors from scratch, the A6 and A7 CPU projects. The Apple A7 CPU core is a solid CPU microarchitecture substrate for future generations of A-series (A7-A14) iPhone/iPad mobile processors and M-series (M1) MacBookPro processors. Before Apple, he was a distinguished architect leading P.A.Semi’s PWRficient PA6T dual O-o-O triple-issue superscalar PowerPC CPU cores. At Raza Microelectronics, he led the microarchitectures of the single-chip 40Gb scalable shared-memory switching chip and distributed-shared-memory cache coherent Ethernet switch. He joined Nexgen and AMD after graduating from the University of Michigan; he was part of a team designing the Nx586 (AMD K6), the most competitive microprocessor product to the Intel Pentium processor from 1997-1999 in the market.

Tanya Bischoff is Senior Director of Supply Chain and Operations at Tenstorrent, with nearly two decades of experience shaping and optimizing supply chain operations. Recognized as one of Canada's top women to watch in the supply chain industry in 2019. Tanya is a seasoned start up professional and has successfully launched numerous consumer electronic products, including the MYO armband and Focals (AR glasses). As the Director of Supply Chain, Tanya played a key role in the success of North, which was acquired by Google. At Google, she contributed to strategic partnerships, negotiating significant deals for Gchips (the custom silicon team). Her impactful initiatives included implementing a direct-to-foundry transparent supply chain, providing real-time visibility into silicon operations.

Tanya was a professor of Supply Chain and Operations at Conestoga college and has a BA from the University of Guelph. She also holds her Supply Chain designation from the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada.
